The SG320 series solar pump inverter ( Solar Pump VFD) is a green energy products with new solar MPPT technology. It is IP54 waterproof model, from 0.75KW to 37KW.

The SG320-S series solar pump inverter ( also can Solar Pump VFD) is a green energy products with new solar MPPT technology, which developed based on SD800 series motor VFD, focusing on driving 3 phase AC pumps including AC induction pumps or high efficiency pumps with permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) technology.

Compare to on grid or off grid solar inverter, it has soft starter, and multiple functions of motor protection, and very high competitive price.

Built in with IP54 protection grade, uses the PV350 and PV800 hardware design, all electrical components are sealed in one enclosure for water proof purpose.

With excellent in anti-dust, water proof, anti-grease and anti-corrosion properties, this inverter can using in outdoor without waterproof cabinet.

Hardware enhanced features as following:

1. Ti ‘s 32 bit DSP ( 28034/35), Germany Infineon intelligent modules;

2. Sealed cabinet, conformal coating on PCB;

3. Adopt using aviation plugs that have good quality water proof, gas and oil proof. (options)

4. Imported high-speed ventilation fan with 24V DC power supply, good cooling effect;

5. Lower failure rate and long service life.

Software updated with MPPT design based on following solar inverter, ABB, Danfoss, Delta, Lorentz, INVT,

Control mode: VF, vectorization VF, senorless vector control 1, sensorless vector control 2

MPPT function: INC and P&Q MPPT mathes.

CVT: When sunlight is good, can select CVT control for excellent stable frequency output.

Dry run function: When little water or no water for pumping to protect pumps.

Maximum current protection: set maximum current protection is available

Minimum solar input power: When low power input, inverter no work

Stop frequency: Lower than stop frequency, inverter no work

Sleep mode: if lower than sleep voltage, inverter go to sleep, it will wake up when DC voltage rise.

Flow and generated energy calculating and monitoring

A lot of fault protection. Short circuit, ground short circuit, phase loss, over current, overheat…

Built in RS485 interface, it is easy to connect GPRS remote controller.

Inverter connection

( Dual mode manual switchover, start/stop switch, AC/DC run mode switchover, water tank float ball sensor switch, well dry run switch, and GPRS controller...)

**Forbidden connect DC power supply to P+ and PB of PV350, otherwise it will cause serious damage.

Note:1. User use a switchover S to select AC grid or solar DC power source by manual.

2. Switch on S1 to start inverter when setting on external switch control mode, P0.01=1, and P5.00=1

3. Switch on S2 when connecting AC grid, make inverter work as normal VFD. set P5.02=51.

4. Connect 2 wires of float ball sensor to X4 and COM for water tank fulling detect, when water level reach to setting, the normal open switch of sensor will turn off to stop pumping, p5.03=54

5. Connect 2 wires of float ball sensor to X5 and COM on the well for dry run protection. P5.04=55.

6. If request to connect GPRS module controller, connect Vcc to 24vdc power supply, GND to COM, Txd to Rs485+, Rsd to Rs485-.
